As a Holistic Perinatal Coach and Consultant, my mission is to help families navigate the overwhelming and often confusing field of childbirth, postpartum healing, and infant sleep. I believe that by educating and guiding families, they can make informed choices that align with their values and needs. My approach is centered on providing holistic support to help families find their voice, choice, and grounding through education and guidance.

My passion for this work stems from my lifelong fascination with pregnancy and love for babies, which was further ignited when I became pregnant with my rainbow baby. I dove deep into research and discovered the role of a doula, which ultimately led me to become a Holistic Perinatal Coach and Consultant. I believe that birth is a natural event that should not be feared, and I strive to help families overcome their anxiety and build confidence throughout their pregnancy journey.

With a lifetime of wisdom gleaned through unfortunate personal experiences and the families I've worked with, I have honed my skills to aid those traversing the tumultuous paths of Pregnancy After Loss, Miscarriage, and Infertility. Fertility issues can be incredibly stressful, and I understand the mental and emotional toll they can take. My expertise lies in providing support for pregnancy after loss, miscarriage, and infertility. Whether you need assistance pre-conception, during pregnancy, or after loss, I am here to help you navigate the process and manage any anxiety and stress that may arise.

How I instantly felt a deep calling to help birthing families.
Discovering My Passion for Childbirth and Motherhood
Finding one's calling can happen at any age, and for me, it was a journey of self-discovery. I discovered my love for birth work when I hired a doula and eventually joined a collective, where I gained an immense amount of knowledge and wisdom. I became certified in a variety of areas, including HypnoBirthing® instruction, Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula, Holistic Birth Consultant and Family Advocate, Spinning Babies®, Gena Kirby® Rebozo Workshop, Evidence-based birth, and MotherWit Postpartum education. I continued to expand my knowledge and now offer Transformational Birth Coaching, completed a Holistic Independent Midwifery Education program, and a 12-week Reiki Master program. This year, I also completed Karuna 2 Reiki. My goal is to share my knowledge and experience with others.

Pivoting My Business to Meet New Needs
I recently transitioned my business to a hybrid model of care, offering both in-person and virtual services to reach more people and change the conversation surrounding birth and postpartum. I specialize in helping families establish healthy sleep habits and independence from infancy to preschool. As a certified sleep consultant, I have developed a curriculum and have helped hundreds of families reconnect and get the rest they need.

The Power of Energy Work
I am passionate about Reiki and its power to promote relaxation and healing. I now teach other birth workers about this modality so that more people have access to it during the perinatal phase. Reiki can help with anxiety, insomnia, pain, swelling, issues during labor, postpartum healing, and so much more. Not to mention an essential tool for stress reduction during Pregnancy After Loss, Miscarriage, and Infertility Support
